I had the pleasure of managing the plantscape for a recent office construction project. I looked to Sprout Home for design inspiration and also purchased a ton of planters and bowls from their shop. The staff was really excited about helping me out and even took the time to help me make the cute nibbler globe in the photo below.

I'm currently planning to revamp my bedroom / office area at home. Their product has been popping up all over my project wish list. With a kitty in the house I have to plan my plantscape carefully. They have a large assortment of design savvy hanging planters which should do the trick. Here are a few items from their blog and store which I hope to purchase soon:

I stopped in their store today after a late brunch and couldn't leave empty handed! I picked up a KOBO candle which smells like happiness. Seriously. It's a light crisp scent that smells like laying in the grass on a perfect summer day.

"KOBO candles are created by and for those passionate about remarkable scents. They assert a complexity that increasingly unfolds with each experience. Stunning packaging conjures images that link the scent inexorably to the visual world. The highest quality fragrance and essential oils are used to create a full-bodied bouquet. In addition, each KOBO candle, complete with lid and matches, is hand-poured with 100% domestically grown pure soy wax and lead free, enviro-safe cotton wicks, to create the cleanest burning and most planet-friendly candle with a 70 hour burn time."
I also picked up a lul' baby Zamioculcas Zamiifolia "ZZ" plant. It conveniently fits in the candles packaging. winwin. I'm a BIG fan of this plant for a few reasons:
- It handles low light
- It requires minimal water
- It's tough under indoor conditions
- It handles neglect well
- It has thick, shiny leaves that almost look fake
- It's growth can be regulated by the amount of sunlight you give it

Sprout home currently has a shop in New York and Chicago.
